Fuel Efficiency Figures Revealed | Hyundai Alcazar Facelift 2024

The Hyundai Alcazar facelift 2024 was launched in India on 2nd of this month. The pan India ex-showroom price of the petrol variant of Hyundai Alcazar starts at Rs 14.99 lakhs and the ex-showroom price of the diesel variant starts at Rs 15.99 lakhs onward. The company has not made any difference between the engine of the new facelift Alcazar and the old engine. However, as soon as the Hyundai Alcazar Facelift 2024 is launched, the car manufacturer has revealed the fuel efficiency figures in each powertrain option. Let’s know about the fuel efficiency figures:

Of both engine options, the diesel option is more successful, claiming to give more than 20 km/l mileage. The 6-speed turbo petrol manual claims the least mileage at 17.5 km/l. The fuel efficiency of both turbo petrol DCT and diesel automatic variants is almost the same. Remember these fuel efficiency claims are made by ARAI (AUTOMOTIVE RESEARCH ASSOCIATION OF INDIA) but in real life fuel efficiency differs with one’s driving quality.

INTERIOR

As we told earlier, the Hyundai Alcazar facelift 2024 was launched at a pan India ex-showroom price of 14.99 lakh, and its feature design and built quality are quite similar to Hyundai’s new updated Creta. The front showcase connected DRL setup, H-shaped elements, and its front grill have been inspired by the updated Creta.

CABIN

Inside, there is a dashboard design similar to the updated Creta. It has a new Navy Blue and Brown Cabinet theme and is available in between 6 and 7-seater options. It is equipped with dual 10.25-inch screens for infotainment and the digital driver’s display, dual-zone AC, and 8-way power-adjustable front seats with 2-level memory settings (only for the driver). It also has wireless phone charging for front and rear passengers, a panoramic sunroof, and a holdable laptop tray with a laptop holder in the second row. Safety features include 6-inch heaters, electronic stability control (ESC), a tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS), an all-wheel disk brake, and a 360-degree camera. The SUV also comes with Level 2 ADAS (advanced driver assistance system).

Competitors

The Hyundai Alcazar facelift rivals the MG Hector Plus, Tata Safari, and the 6/7-seater variants of the Mahindra XUV700. Additionally, it can be considered a rival to MPVs such as the Kia Carens and Toyota Innova Crysta.
